Only Your Own Voice: MockAllies's voice practice feature is designed for you to record your own voice during practice conversations with the AI buyer persona. You may record and upload audio only of yourself speaking.

No Recording Real Third Parties: You must not record, upload, or submit audio containing the voice of any other person — whether a colleague, customer, prospect, family member, or stranger — without their explicit written consent. This includes:

— Real phone calls with actual buyers or prospects
— Colleague conversations or roleplay without their knowledge
— Calls recorded from someone else's device or perspective
— Any audio where another person's voice is present and identifiable

Consent Requirement: If you wish to practice with a colleague's voice (for example, a colleague roleplaying as a buyer with you), you may do so only if that colleague has explicitly agreed and consents to the recording being stored and reviewed by you on MockAllies. Consent must be informed — the colleague must know the call will be recorded and stored on MockAllies's servers.

Enforcement: If we detect audio containing real third parties' voices without apparent consent, or if a third party reports that their voice was recorded without permission, we will: (1) remove the recording immediately; (2) investigate your account; and (3) potentially suspend or terminate your account for repeated violations.

Do Not Upload Regulated or Sensitive Personal Data: MockAllies is not a secure storage system for regulated data. You must not upload, reference, or practice using any of the following, even in anonymized or fictional form, if it could become part of a real person's identifiable information:

— Credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or financial account details
— Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, or passport numbers
— Medical or health information (HIPAA-protected data)
— Student records or educational data (FERPA-protected data)
— Employee or payroll data
— Home addresses, phone numbers, or other contact information for non-public individuals
— Usernames, passwords, or authentication credentials

Real Business Data and Prospects: Do not upload or reference real companies' confidential information, real client lists, real prospect data, or real business intelligence into practice sessions. For example:

— Do not use real company names with real contacts and personal information
— Do not upload recordings mentioning actual customers' or prospects' real names, company details, or deal information
— Do not practice with real customer phone numbers or email addresses embedded in the conversation
— Do not share competitive intelligence, pricing information, or internal strategy details in sessions

Why This Matters: If you upload real personal or confidential data to MockAllies, you are responsible for compliance with any applicable data protection regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, FERPA, etc.). The Company is not responsible for your violations of these frameworks. If you choose to upload regulated data, you accept full liability for any resulting regulatory fines, audits, or enforcement actions.

Enforcement: If we detect regulated personal data or real business confidential information, we will remove it immediately and may suspend your account pending investigation. Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.

No Scraping or Redistribution: MockAllies's Academy curriculum, lesson materials, sales-call transcripts, scenario libraries, and training video content are proprietary intellectual property. You must not:

— Scrape, copy, or download the curriculum in bulk without authorization
— Redistribute, republish, or share curriculum materials with others outside your organization (unless you have a team or enterprise license that explicitly permits sharing)
— Use bots, automated scripts, or crawlers to extract lesson content
— Share access credentials to allow others to access MockAllies using your account (this violates our Terms and your license)
— Export curriculum materials to use them in competing platforms or external training programs without permission

Personal Use Only: You may take personal notes, highlight lessons for yourself, and reference what you learned in your own training. You may not commercially redistribute or repurpose curriculum content.

No Warranty on Curriculum: While the curriculum is provided in good faith and based on sales practices and research, we offer no warranty that every lesson, transcript, or scenario is 100% original, fully cleared against third-party rights, or legally unencumbered. If you are concerned about the provenance of curriculum content, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] to discuss.

Enforcement: Systematic extraction, redistribution, or unauthorized sharing of curriculum will result in account suspension and potential legal action to recover damages.

Intended Purpose Only: MockAllies's AI voice buyer personas are designed to simulate realistic sales conversations for your training and practice. You must use the voice feature for its intended purpose: legitimate sales skills practice and training.

Prohibited Uses: Do not use MockAllies's AI voice feature to:

— Test, probe, or attempt to break the AI system (e.g., trying to trigger unintended responses, find "jailbreaks," or expose the underlying model's prompt or instructions)
— Harass, abuse, or test the simulated buyer persona with harassment, profanity, threats, or deliberate disruptive behavior
— Automate bulk calling (e.g., using scripts, bots, or tools to rapidly generate dozens of artificial practice sessions to test system capacity)
— Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or copy the AI buyer's underlying prompts, system instructions, or training data
— Use MockAllies as a free API or testing ground for your own AI experiments without authorization

Testing Is Part of Practice: Legitimate testing (e.g., "What happens if I go silent?" or "How does this buyer handle objections?") is part of skill-building practice and is fine. Malicious testing intended to break or expose the system is not.

Enforcement: Patterns of system abuse (unusual call volume, repeated attempts to trigger errors, scraping interactions for data) will trigger account review and may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination. Attempts to reverse-engineer or extract the AI system may result in legal action.

No Impersonation: Do not create an account or use MockAllies while pretending to be someone else. Your account must be registered in your real name (or the name you use professionally), and your profile information must be accurate.

No Misuse of Access: If you have access to MockAllies through a team or organizational account, use it only for your own training and in accordance with your organization's policies. Do not access other team members' accounts or share your login credentials.

You agree not to use MockAllies in any way that violates law or regulation, including:

— Fraud, misrepresentation, or scams (including practicing fraud techniques or testing fraud scenarios on the platform)
— Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech directed at any group
— Privacy violations, illegal recording, wiretapping, or stalking
— Money laundering, sanctions evasion, or financing of illegal activity
— Copyright or intellectual property infringement
— Any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password or account access with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] immediately.

No Unauthorized Access: Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to MockAllies, other users' accounts, or our systems. Unauthorized access attempts, including penetration testing without written authorization, violate this policy and applicable law.

Account Warnings: For minor or first-time violations, we may issue a warning, require you to delete prohibited content, or restrict your access to certain features.

Temporary Suspension: For moderate or repeated violations, we may suspend your account for a set period (typically 7 to 30 days). During suspension, you lose access to MockAllies but retain the ability to download your session data before suspension ends.

Permanent Termination: For serious violations (illegal activity, repeated abuse, deliberate system attacks, harassment, uploading others' personal data without consent), we will terminate your account permanently. Upon termination:

— You lose all access to MockAllies and your remaining credits
— No refund is issued for unused subscription time or credits
— You may not re-register using the same email or create a new account as a workaround
— We may retain records of your violation for legal purposes

Legal Action: For serious violations including but not limited to malicious system attacks, fraud, illegal activity, or intellectual property theft, we reserve the right to pursue civil or criminal legal action to recover damages and prevent future abuse.

No Refund Upon Termination: Termination for violation of this policy results in forfeiture of all prepaid fees and credits. No refund is issued, even if your subscription was not yet fully used.

If you discover a violation of this policy, a security vulnerability in MockAllies, or another user's misuse of the platform, please report it to [SUPPORT EMAIL] with as much detail as possible. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will not punish users who report violations in good faith.

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on MockAllies. Your continued use of MockAllies after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
